Why are manual 128i M-Sport's so damn hard to find for sale?
And don't show me that one from Enthusiast Auto Sales, that one is way-fucking-over priced.

They didn't make a whole lot of them and people who know their capabilities snatched them up, but you probably knew this. And everything from Enthusiast Auto is way overpriced

Lol came here to post that EAG had one for........30k. I love my 6speed 128i Msport, not sure why they don't get more talk here on oppo, when you do see one available, dealerships don't know what they have and want 20k. I think the fact EAG has one means they know what's up.

I swear I remember seeing a 128i m sport for sale not long ago. All I see now is a 135i Msport. Has cpo warranty though. 18.5k

My mom had the chance to buy a 2008 6MT Sport with 30k miles. She didn't because it was a 2008, but it was a great car. Priced at around $18,000 at the stealership, if you'd believe it!

Because of reliability or just like na?
I prefered the 128i when I was looking at them, mostly because of reliability though.

Yeah, there were a lot of good ones. If you're getting a newer jalop edition car, the dealership ain't so bad. 2011 328i special order euro delivery: white/red leather, no sunroof, 6 speed, 10k miles. That was 25k before negotiations (which would be quite easy sans sunroof or slushbox) during spring. People loved ordering the 128i with the 6AT for having a cheap badge, but it's one of the last great BMWs. Here's a somewhat useful article if you're interested. NA or N/A!

I don't want a new 3-series in any way or configuration and I really don't want a turbocharged engine either.

This one popped up on DC craigslist a few days ago (even though it's in WV) I'm sure it could be shipped.

"The car does have a lien through Patriot Federal Credit Union so the payment would have to go to them to release the title."
That sounds like a hassle and a half.

That was an off-lease late E90—the F30 feels like a step down to be honest. There are even some 2012 N52 E90s. I've been following 1addicts and E90post very closely for the past year or so, and the N52 cars are incredibly reliable (smooth, linear, revvy, lightweight, and heat efficient also). Just keep your eyes peeled and the 128i for you will show up. If I don't get my hands on the Z4 (electric steering tradeoff) that's the route I'll go. The 128i seems like a car that grows on you over time, and the aftermarket is really starting to take off for them.

That's what escrow companies are for...they handle the hassle for you.
